Beverage Air PH1-1S-PT 27" Full-Height Insulated Pass-Thru Warming Cabinet. To keep your meals warm for a large event, a warming cabinet can be a wonderful addition to your foodservice operation. The 27" Full-Height Insulated Pass-Thru Warming Cabinet (Beverage Air PH1-1S-PT) is a simple to operate yet powerful unit. It holds at 80°F to 180°F with an exterior dial thermometer. The exterior is constructed out of heavy gauge stainless steel, which is durable and easy to clean. The interior and sides are made from aluminum. Each door has a 90° stay-open feature that will make it easy to access your dishes when you're ready to pull them out of the warming cabinet. This unit makes it so easy to have hot food ready to serve during a dinner rush. Features: Aluminum interior and sides, Heavy-duty wire shelves, Door locks standard, 6" adjustable black legs, Anti-microbial door handles, Manually controlled humidity vents, Foamed-in polyurethane insulation.
